1. That is a proxy. The official TPB addresses are located at the bottom of this website
2. The sort is working. To sort, just press on SE (for seeders) and LE (for leechers). See the screenshot.

Does it sort correctly? do the most leeched movies show on the top when clicked once or twice?

Yes.  It works as expected.

We have nothing to do with 3rd party proxies and their functionality, or lack thereof.
