Can't register an account on TPB (404)

First of all in the screenshot you provided it shows you are trying to register an account on a piratebay clone site (thepiratebay.cd) The true one and only original thepiratebay can be found @ https://thepiratebay.se/

Secondly, thepiratebay.se is not taking new accounts at the moment and registration is closed until further notice, when registration is open again there will be an announcement on this forum.

Finally be wary of fakes

Wow, I feel dumb. 

I have an account, but when it kept saying "incorrect email address/password" I thought that I had forgotten my password. When I tried to reset my password, it said "There is no account with that email address." or some such shit. So, I thought "Oh, great. I used my old email." (which has long since been deleted.) That's when I tried to create an account.

Of course, once I went to the correct URL (Thanks to you.) I was able to sign right in with the password I thought I used.

Now that I've entered my username and password into a clone site about a half-dozen times, this is probably a good time to change my password...
