Every time I've tried to download this morning it keeps telling me that the page cannot be displayed. What should I be doing differently?

I guess the .se domain is blocked in your country.

For downloading purposes you can use a proxy:
https://pirateproxy.pl/

Or you can use tor, or a vpn to avoid the geoblock.

The Pirate Bay does not necessitate registration from its users in order to download torrents, never has, and never will.

Sounds like the OP was using one of many scam sites which not only require you to register, but may request personally identifying information, such as your date of birth.

It's easy to avoid such scam sites in the first place by scrolling down to the bottom of this page (or any page on this forum), and remember: if it's not on the list, it's not us. If you have to use a proxy because TPB is blocked and you haven't yet invested in a VPN, remember than you can only upload torrents/post comments by registering and logging in to one of the official TPB domains. If a proxy asks you to register, find another one that doesn't.

 Hey thanks to everyone for helping me figure it out. Somehow all my links to TPB were inadvertently changed to (https://thepiratebay.se.com/). I don't even know how that happened, but all links were changed. Thanks for all the help.
