Older laptops start doing that when they become too hot/cooling a few times paste dries out or w.e, and wont stop doing that. Like said here before, only things u do can do is replace thermal paste (if possible) and check for dust etc. --- Btw 61 celcius isn't that hot for a CPU. It does depend on what you are doing when it gets 61. When i start gaming it goes 60+ in notime. And atm while im browsing/using office etc its around 35. *i have a late 2017 gaming laptop so it prolly has some better cooling then the average laptop*

35C is around normal even for me on a liquid cooled Windows desktop. Natrually things will get hot while gaming.
Have you noticed any improvement on Linux or x86 systems? |
