CANNOT CREATE A TPB ACCOUNT & HAVE NEVER MADE ONE BEFORE

EVERY TIME I CREATE ONE AND CORRECTLY TYPE THE CAPPICHA ALL IT DOES IS REFRESH THE PAGE AND EVERYTHING IS EMPTY AGAIN. I HAVE DONE THIS MULTIPLE TIMES.

Never mind the cookies, perhaps the OP could turn their caps off.

OP - it's possible that the IP you're trying to register with is banned. Create a thread in Account Issues (which is private - your thread can be seen only by yourself and staff/crew), state the usernames you've tried so far, and tell us which IP you're using when trying to register an account.
