Thanks. But if there is just the original file without any serial/aircraft.key. How do we make these files?
Usually these files are created by activator if there is 'aircraft.unlocked' it will automatically create both the files. Now to make the aircraft.unlocked I need serial/aircaft.key. Kind of loop. 
In short, how do I get both the serial.key/aircraft.key if it isn't available to make aircraft.unlocked. Because the only 2 files necessary are the init sec and aircraft.unlocked.

I'm not familiar with the technology,
I think,
If you do not run activator on your own pc, it will be useless (The UDID of our pc that runs xplane will be added to serial.key, aircraft.key generated by activator)
However, aircraft.unlocked does not require a UDID, so, so recently cracker distributes aircraft.unlocked  activator.exe, instead of serial.key  aircraft.key  unlocker.exe,activator.exe
