Bill Rebane is back and he managed to convince Tiny Tim to embarrass himself in front of the camera in exchange for $30 and access to the Volkswagen with spider legs bolted to it on the weekends. I assume he also filmed the lead actress committing some felonies or something because blackmail is the only reason i can imagine she would agree to do this movie.

Not a major upgrade quality-wise since they also seemed to use the Vinegar Syndrome release as their source, but we do have a bit more footage here. While they did leave quite a bit of nudity in their release, well... there's more here. These scenes arent the the kind where anyone really wants to see the nudity, but uh yeah whatever here it is

Well, Blood Harvest is supposed to be a horror movie and the scene that you are probably referring to is about the only thing Bill Rebane pulls off that's genuinely creepy.  Probably 70% of the movie's running time is the lead actress in her parent's house waiting for them to call or come home so her various stages of undress while these repetitive scenes play out is just about the only thing that keeps the movie watchable unless you enjoy Tiny Tim.  Slasher movies aren't that hard to pull off so I'm not sure how Bill Rebane managed to screw up Blood Harvest so badly.  I can understand why Rifftrax cut what they did but most of it wasn't because of nudity or graphic violence--it was sheer repetitiveness.  You can say they were lazy but I think it's hard to be funny when you are basically watching Bill Rebane film the same thing over and over and over.

In any case, I remuxed your sound sync to a 13GB video transfer of Blood Harvest so you made me a happy camper.
