There are lots of DRM, like Cinavia, that would make your task a living hell.
Luckily, to my knowledge, not all movies (and lesser in TV shows) will distract you with that. I would avoid Sony and Universal discs. That said, you can use DVDFab to do such a task. Of course, I don't rip Blu Ray discs, so I'm probably out to lunch. Still, I hope this starts you on a long quest.

I've understood that MakeMKV is able to create an exact rip of every Blu-ray disc and the program is quickly updated when new DRM schemes are released.
Please don't avoid any discs — obtain what you want to share the most. EDIT: I may be mistaken about Cinavia. |
