There's this Arabic movie that is pretty hard to find caled "جيني مان" which roughly translates to "Genie Man", the movie is basically a Aladain rip-off.

Is it live action or animated?

My favourite non-Hollywood movies from Hong Kong are the Infernal Afffairs trilogy.

The first movie was so good that a Hollywood studio bought the rights to make a remake. The name of that remake is "The Departed."
