I have a few small drives around 40/80/120Gb and would like to have the option of booting to Win10 should I want to run something that wont work on my normal 7.
I am looking for a fully hacked release, stripped to the bones as much as possible. No telemetry, minimal services(I will strip the rest), no gadgets, but something a bit more functional than a PE.
Does such a beast exist?
And would I need to disable my 'normal' drives once installed. During install I would disable nearly everything but the video card!!!
I can run 10 in a VM, but prefer to run my systems at full speed and memory, and with hassle to access network and accessories (that a VM is designed to do).

Try to get a membership to the Team OS forum, where they especially upload Windows 10 ISOs on a regular basis.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Looks like a good one to start stripping down.
A ratio site. What in gawds name do they want? I hate 0-day, and 'collect' mostly older stuff. RATs are undetectable in new junk.

I guess some of their works were uploaded to TPB, worth checking if you don't mind a not-up-to-date version.

I don't know, waregim, I seem to be fine with their "junk."
Been using pirated Windows for years now, and I usually reformat because I want to test out something, not due to nasties like 0-day junk and viruses.
EDIT: You know what they say, "beggars can't be choosers."

In todays world I dont trust either Win or Linux (and boycotted Apple since 1982). And the newer it gets, the least I trust it. Applies to hardware too.
That is not to say there have not been some truly fantabulous recent contrivances, such as the LED bulb.
But I've also seen some pretty damn regressive 'updates'.
In an OS I want something seasoned and hacked. In the good sense.
A proper, real, 0-day RAT will take months to years to find, and some never have been. They will also likely never cause problems. They are expensive and cost upwards of $20,000 or more. Not the scraps given out to kiddie-scripters that plague the warez sites. They are mostly harmless. Keyword 'mostly'.
Problem is when Yigor in Minsk or Maryopol decides to use your system to sell credit cards on the Darknet, or your machine to send out spam floods and or kiddie porn, you have no defense against the Gestapo from f**king your life up, and putting you on Megans List for the latter.
Older releases are more likely to have dead links, and XP cannot even fire up the RATs in the first place. On my 7 they will fire up, and typically die because it cannot access Remote Desktop services. Or Ipsec and other protocols .
Its my inderstanding that newer versions of Win10 have had more retrictive mods added to them like making it difficult to turn off updates and other things.
I would damn well want a version where these issues are fixed, or never implemented in the first place.
I have a slightly differenet perspective on Linux after researching Heartbleed, as well as Systemd. I believe it is quite compromized, but on a higher level. Your Ubuntu box is not likely to be hijacked for snuff porn, but it will likely be shut down during any 'national emergency' or foreign 'attack'. Its set up for korporate spying and hacking. I have found out-of-place AWS links in my machine. AWS=Langley. I have also had my VPN routed through the NSA spy center out west.
I am sure Big Brother is watching and wondering why so many of my highly encrypted posts are about chickens, and why I have dealt with the Ukies and White Russians, for hen medicine.

I guess in today's world, you trust operating systems made by governments like North Korea, China, and Cuba.

i suggest to get untouched ones, install at no network/internet connection, then modified settings by our own ways.
win10 comes with built-in customized settings and some thrid patry apps maybe still needed to get better customized settings.
it is just suggestion...

Correct.
Winnie, FatKid, and the Castros are welcome to spy in my network.
Mebbe they will bid up a nice contract.
But at heart rooskie blood pumps, so I am still waiting for my checks from Pootie.
Far in line behind Saker though.
China has been talking about an Open SOurce Laptop. Stallman had one. I'm looking for the desktop. Full chinese. They can listen in.

My problem is that I do not trust anytning M$. Not until I grok its telemetry. I dont really believe you can turn it off on a control panel. It needs to be attacked via services.
When I', done with it, it aint recognizable as Win10. All i need it do do is run Win10 krap. It will look like Win2K .
