but there are two possibilities either you found it somewhere on the net and (without checking) posted it here
(or it's your conscious action)

In my opinion what you're sharing
wasn't even lying around the BORIS AUDIO WORKS sound pack for Cesna

In my opinion it's an fmod from another plane with changed file names

And by the way {dc9b01e3-b241-42a5-b55e-7afc74bdfe9e} snapshot:/hypoxia
in Cesna ??

After installing this package and watching this video earlier:

it seemed to me that something was wrong with these sounds

Because I didn't hear the flaps and switches with the engine running, which I was used to with the default Cesna

However, after looking closely (listening) to the sounds of this set (with louder sound settings), these are indeed Cesna sounds

As for the poor audibility of the flaps, I read here:
