I have installed
1. ChelpuS modded Google Play Store v4.5.10
2. Market Unlocker v3.4.1
3. Freedom v1.0.2
4. Titanium Backup PRO Key ★ root 1.2.3
5. Titanium Backup Pro v6.1.5.2 [latest version]
With #2 enabled with MTS(Russian) and Freedom running...
I used to be able to run #5 and the license check was successful under these conditions.
Now, after reinstalling the same ROM [another issue] and reinstalling all of above [to the best of my ability], the license check repeatedly fails.
There must be something I am missing as this worked under [seemingly] the same conditions - same apps, etc.
