Adobe Photoshop CC add-ons download

Is there a way to download add-ons for a pirated version of photoshop? the addons are free on adobe exchange but I need to link my Adobe account to my product to download it

o.O ... I'm able to do get those free...
I signed up when downloading the trial version of photoshop. Then, even tho i have a cracked program now, I'm still able to download the plugins and addons for free.
The account doesn't require you to own an adobe product.. it's free to create. However, the cloud thing requires a monthly subscription from adobe if you want to have access to the cloud features.

Stupid question, I know, but what's the difference, procedure-wise, between getting them offline and getting them through the cloud?

 question ????? with a pirated version of adobe photoshop cc 2015 of course cracked and installed so far so good I also want a pirated version of  adobe photoshop lightroom  that can be done am I correct ??? iin otherwords can I download any add ons with the crack and still have all of them work properly????
