About ZeroNet
#1
I saw a post by drkiko3 about ZeroNet.

It seems this is exciting.
I've been going to the official website zeronet.io.
But there is much that isn't understood by me.  Big Grin
How exactly it works?
Are we not need to buy a domain?  (as the owner of the site)

There is said that:
Quote:You can access the site even if your internet is unavailable
What does it mean?
Are visitors from outside the network can access the site when the internet they aren't available?

Is it suitable for public website or personal website?
Code:
http://127.0.0.1:43110/1EU1tbG9oC1A8jz2ouVwGZyQ5asrNsE4Vr
Because it's a little difficult to be remembered  Big Grin

And is there a website that have been using with ZeroNet as its base?

Thanks.

IF you want detailed info, you might wanna try IRC #zeronet @ freenode.

there's stil plenty of stuff to be done, and anything regarding usage info is still being updated.

Neat concept, but it is a one way street. Owner publishes content, but visitors to the site can't contribute. So no forums, no comments, no way to submit anything.

Actually, it's not a one way street, users can contribute.

just an example:

You can, if you are an approved editor, as explained in the docs you linked to. But any joe off the internet can't. The system isn't built to allow such a thing.

Question ??? Could your computer end up hosting malicious/objectionable content?
