Flightsimaddons has been down for extended periods recently, and now they've announced that they're closing their Discord channel. I wouldn't hold much hope for them staying around for much longer.

For MSFS stuff the MyGully forums have picked up where Boerse.to left off, plus there's SimPlaza. But they don't have a thread for P3D/X-Plane stuff.

rutracker.org will offer you more Add-ons in P3d, although you might need google translate, it's more active and offers more FlightSim Cracks than this Website
