A Little Help?

Hi, im pretty new to the whole torrenting so could someone please give me some help. I went from windows vista to windows 7 on my 64 bit desktop PC. Installed it all however they are now asking a serial code, i cannot find a good one? Any idea where I can find a key for this? Any help will be greatly appreciated, if you need more information give me a shout Thanks
