The title is pretty much self explanatory, I'm getting a http 500 error with every newest-rss feed. The top100 feeds work just fine.
Any idea what's going on?
ps. Since rss is too short to search with on the forum, I do not know if this has been reported before.

The newest-rss feeds are disabled.
[More correctly, they have not been re-enabled since the site was restored a couple of years ago.]
They may be re-enabled one day but there is no reason to expect that day will be any time soon.

Can Anyone update the site to reflect the "changes"?

Yes, someone could update the site.
There is no reason to expect they will do so any time soon, but it certainly lies within the realm of things which are possible.
As opposed to stopping people asking dumb questions, which is quite clearly impossible.
