It seems the problem is with torrent size. I created a torrent with a single torrent file; I got a very small torrent (less than 500 bytes) and I had no problem uploading it.
Unfortunately, that's the only way I can upload a torrent on TPB right now, but it's a valid possibility until they fix it. Perhaps those who have no problems uploading these days are people who upload small or very small torrents...

"It will be fixed when it is fixed. It is literally impossible for us to be any more specific than that. Given the amount of time it has been since the issue arose and TPB's history of dealing with issues which do not affect everyone it is not unreasonable to assume that it won't be fixed any time soon. But then again maybe it will...you will know as soon as we do."
If the owner already know....(Yes, I know that's not what you're writing) Then please tell your uploaders if it's not going to happen. Tell'em if it is going to happen (Owner). Is it a hardware issue? Does the owner need money for server, or server space or other gear and therefore wait? Can we users, who love this site, help out in any way? Is it a lack of interest in the site from owner? It's been many days now (usually TPB downtime from attacks doesn't take this long, does it, but maybe it's all a major operation getting back to full load?) and The Pirate Bay uploaders try every day to upload some of their torrents they care for, to a site they care for! And that's not fair, I think, to the uploaders or users - just keeping them in the dark for so long and just let them waste their time trying to upload every day, if owner already know how it's gonna be....... Well anyway, as everybody else who love this site I genuine hope it will be uploading For All TPB Users soon! Or at least a tiny little one paragraph message from the Top Man, a negative or positive message so users can take their precautions.

Get real ffs. The owners are not going to tell you anything. They don't talk to user's, period. They barely talk to staff.
As for "fair"? How the fuck can you possibly believe that they owe you? They want nothing from you. They have never asked anything of you. They have never accepted anything from you. They have done nothing but provide you with a free platform, for fourteen years, at the expense of their own freedoms. Yes, owners of TPB have been jailed for serving you. You owe them you entitled prick. Patience if nothing else. TPB is what it is--the world's most resilient torrent site. For all that--and that is a fucking lot--it is far from perfect. Nobody claims otherwise. This is one more imperfection. Maybe it will be fixed today, maybe it will be fixed next week, maybe it won't ever be fixed. It is an unknown. That is the reality. Deal with it. Or don't. If that isn't good enough for you, move to another site, nobody is stopping you. Good luck finding one that will last as long, protect your torrents as diligently and provide the amount of traffic that TPB does. We are done here. The problem is acknowledged. There is no ETA for a fix. There will be no ETA for a fix. There might not even be a fix. A partial workaround is to use larger piece sizes when creating your torrents. It won't always work but that is all there is. There is nothing more to be said. /closed PS. If Winston announces a fix then we will share it here. If someone figures out a better workaround, PM me and I'll post it here.

I have been informed by an uploader that the problem has been fixed.
I have not heard that from any official source. I have unlocked this thread so that you can confirm or dispel the reported fix. Can large torrents with "auto" piece sizes be uploaded again or do they still yield 500 errors? /Admin
