413 Request Entity Too Large - wierd error - mod help

trying to upload a 16 gig torrent 
is there a max   ?  i never seen this error before 
only 10 files,  and i didnt write a big description for it, default 256 piece size ..3 trackers
could a mod upload it to my acct

as soon as i hit upload it gives me a site error i dont think it has anything to do with my account, i upload smaller torrents and it works

It isn't a site "error" but it is a site issue.

The operators of TPB have chosen not to support the uploading of such outsized .torrent files.

You can't upload that file here. Nor can Mods (and they wouldn't do it for you even if they could).
