Embedding Videos?

Seems a stupid question but
I dont know how to embed videos on to the forum?
I thought it would be as simple as pasting the embed code but doesnt seem to work...

I googled my question and searched the forum first but cant find the answer.

Any help would be appreciated

I believe only youtube are supported.
