Allow users to vote torrents as spam

I would hate for this to be put on TPB. Ive heard lots of complaints from people whos torrent was flagged for no reason at all on mininova. Then you get people who have crappy av's or are using virustotal which seems to flag any rar, keygen or crack file as spyware.

I honestly think the best system so far is the various colored Skulls.
And I'm not just talking about uploads, if a normal user has a comment by a Skull on his torrent, you just need to read what it's saying.

Giving the possibility to flag stuff to VIP and Trusted members might be a faster way to fight spam/fake/crap but that's something else. So far skulls are the best way to go.

Maybe a skull only rating? Would mean people that put the effort in, can rate and are much less prone to flame, spam or generally be noobish...

Also one of the negatives about the current quality system is that it's not very obvious.

Changing it to stars maybe might be more obvious. But truth be told, it would get abused of

nah not so good, many gonna abuse it very very much..
