Way to setup custom rss? Such as reactortorrent?

Hey guys. Im looking for a way to have an RSS feed that I can simply post a link to a torrent or magnet, and then when my torrent client refreshes, it begins downloading. This is proving a lot harder than I thought. Any suggestions?? There was a website called reactortorrent that did this exactly apparently, but it doesnt exist anymore. Any suggestions?
